Meet Cody Howrey, Sous Chef and proud Midwesterner from Greenfield, Indiana, now thriving in Indianapolis. A 2011 graduate of The Chef's Academy, Cody’s culinary journey spans diverse experiences, from Eli Lilly and Napolese Pizza to Indiana Grand Casino and even Deer Valley Ski Resort in Utah. Inspired by Midwest culture and world-renowned restaurants like Noma, Alinea, and Blue Hill Farm, Cody’s cooking style blends Midwest comfort with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences. His love for cooking began in a high school home economics class, where he discovered his natural talent and passion. When he's not crafting incredible dishes, Cody enjoys embracing the rich culinary traditions of the Midwest.
